Gallra Privacy Policy

Effective 17 August 2026

Who we are

Gallra is an iOS application developed and published by Alfred Toscha, Sweden ("we", "us"). For the purposes of applicable data protection law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the developer is the party responsible for this application. Contact: contactgallra@gmail.com.

Summary

We do not collect, receive, store, transmit, sell, or otherwise process any personal data through Gallra.

Data collection

Gallra contains no user accounts, no analytics or advertising SDKs, no tracking technologies, and no third-party code that communicates over a network. The application does not make network connections. All functionality operates locally on your device.

Photo library access

Gallra requests access to your photo library through Apple's PhotoKit framework solely to provide its core functionality: displaying your photos and videos, and carrying out the keep, delete, and album actions you choose. Photos and videos are processed only on your device. They are not transmitted to us or to any third party.

Your review decisions are stored in a local database on your device and nowhere else. Uninstalling the application permanently deletes this database.

Photo deletion

When you confirm a deletion, the affected items are handled by iOS's standard deletion mechanism and moved to the system's "Recently Deleted" album, where iOS retains them for a period determined by Apple (approximately 30 days) before permanent removal. During that period they can be restored from the Photos app. This behavior is part of iOS and is not controlled by Gallra.

Purchases

Gallra offers a one-time in-app purchase. The transaction is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store (StoreKit). We do not receive your name, payment details, billing address, or Apple Account information. Apple's handling of transaction data is governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Crash reports

If you have opted in to share diagnostics with app developers in your device settings, Apple may provide us with aggregated crash reports through Apple's developer tools. These reports are prepared by Apple and do not contain your name, contact details, or photo content. We receive no other usage or diagnostic data.

Your rights

Applicable law may grant you rights regarding personal data, such as access, correction, deletion, and portability. Because we do not collect or hold any personal data about you, there is no data on which we could act. If you have questions or believe this is inaccurate, contact us at the address above. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Children

Gallra does not collect personal data from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, the updated version will be published at this address with a new effective date. If a future version of the application were ever to process personal data, this policy would be updated before such a change takes effect.
